Intro to PMOS: Causes and Diagnostics - Thursday, June 25th 2026 @ 6pm ET - We begin with an introduction to PMOS. We take a look at a typical menstrual cycle pattern and how PMOS menstrual patterns differ. We then move on to talking about the diagnostics, symptoms, and causes of this condition. At the end of the session we explore your unique PMOS factors and introduce the main subtypes.
Charting PMOS and Identifying Inflammation - Thursday, July 2nd 2026 @ 6pm ET - This session goes over the basics of charting your PMOS cycles and what PMOS charts may look like. Then we get into the basics of chronic inflammation, how the immune system becomes activated, and how the menstrual cycle is affected.
Addressing Insulin Resistance -Thursday, July 9th 2026 @ 6pm ET - In this session we learn about the role of insulin in regulating blood sugar and about our body’s complex system of glucose management. We then explore the connection between insulin resistance and the over production of androgens that is observed with PMOS.
Adrenal Androgens - Thursday, July 16th 2026 @ 6pm ET - In this session we investigate another root cause of PMOS: Adrenal Androgens. We learn about the adrenal gland, how stress affects our cycles, and the cortisol connection. Following this, we get into how there are different treatment protocols for adrenal androgen PMOS.
TWO WEEK SUMMER BREAKThyroid Checkup - Thursday, August 6th 2026 @ 6pm ET - In this session, we study the thyroid gland and the most common forms of thyroid dysregulation. We learn about the thyroid hormones and their importance for metabolic and reproductive health. We also learn to better interpret thyroid panel results to make positive treatment decisions.
Symptoms of Androgen Excess - Thursday, August 13th 2026 @ 6pm ET - We take a turn from looking at the root causes to looking at the symptoms of androgen excess and how they manifest in the body. We learn about the different types of androgens and the enzyme 5a-reductase which plays a role in the expression of potent androgens. Afterwards, we talk about treatment options.
Balancing Hormones - Thursday, August 20th 2026 @ 6pm ET - We discuss how the brain-ovary connection is disturbed with PMOS and how this results in irregular cycles. We go on to talk about treatments for regulating and rebalancing the endocrine system leading to healthier, more regular menstrual cycles.
Environmental Purge and Plan - Thursday, August 27th 2026 @ 6pm ET - In this session we talk about pollutants in our environment such as xenoestrogens and their role in widespread reproductive disease. Then we talk about the body’s natural detoxification pathways and how to strengthen these organ systems.
Nourishment and Lifestyle - Thursday, September 3rd 2026 @ 6pm ET - In this session we learn about the unique nutritional considerations for PMOS, especially how to regulate insulin in your meals. Without using restriction, we lay out the skill of understanding which foods are gentler to consume when insulin resistant and how to coax the body to regain normal insulin sensitivity.
Management and Reversal - Thursday, September 9th 2026 @ 6pm ET - We review each session of the course, and how one can utilize fertility awareness charting to direct your treatments and monitor your PMOS. After the review, I go over several steps to take as you embark on your own journey, leaving the class with the skills and tools to properly manage and reverse your PMOS.
