Intro To Fertility Awareness: Self Study Course
A four module self study course to explore your interest in charting the symptothermal method of fertility awareness.
In This Course You Will Learn
Anatomy The Menstrual Cycle - We begin with an introduction to pelvic and reproductive/sexual anatomy before looking at the physiology of the menstrual cycle. We also look at the ovarian, uterine, and cervical fluid cycles, and introduce how we observe three fertility signs. Then we take a look at the tools you need to get started with this method.
Ovulation & The Interconnected Reproductive System - The menstrual cycle is about more than just reproduction. In this session we look at how the menstrual cycle and the ovarian hormones connect with every other system in the body. After this, we will introduce some ways that fertility awareness can connect you to your whole body health.
Fertility Awareness Method and Body Literacy - In this session we get into the practical aspects of charting. This includes how to chart your three fertility signs, how to apply the observations to your charts, and how to analyze the charts using the four rules of fertility awareness as contraception.
Healing Progress and Managing the Body - This is where we put it all together. We talk about what a healthy menstruation looks like, how to better understand the energetics of the menstrual cycle, and how to use your charts to understand your health and increase your body literacy.
