Deepen your knowledge of body literacy to help your clients.

Whether you are a midwife, doula, herbalist, body worker, naturopath, life coach, acupuncturist, or other holistic practitioner, I’m happy to work with you on deepening your knowledge of fertility awareness and body literacy. These private instructional sessions are designed to educate you, prepare you for giving accurate instruction in varying circumstances, and to allow you the space to ask questions to connect this work to your own speciality or discipline. I always encourage us to integrate your specific needs into my existing protocols to better serve your clients with evidence based knowledge about menstrual, as well as overall, health and wellness.

An overview of the mentorship program

• 6 Months of 1 Hr private consults with me over webchat

• Session 1: Scientific Background of FAM, The Menstrual Life cycle, and the 3 Fertility Signs

• Session 2: Corroborating Fertility Signs and Analyzing Charts

• Session 3: FAM with Typical Menstrual Cycles and Return to Fertility (both after birth control, or after giving birth and postpartum)

• Session 4: Planning For and Charting Pregnancy with FAM

• Session 5: FAM for Reproductive Health Issues and Strategies to Assist

• Session 6: Teaching Fertility Awareness and Professional Development
